May I know how many fenugreek pills do you take one day? I bought my fenugreek from Watson , I normally take 2 capsules 3 times a day but it seem not working for me, should I change to 3 capsules instead?

From what I know, it might not work for everyone. Some mummies actually hv a decrease in supply after taking it. Watch n monitor for yrself.
