Hello anyone took fenugreek pills to increase milk supply? Did it work? And what dosage did you take?

nope, fenugreek didn't work for me. in fact, my supply stopped completely after taking it. don't know if it's because of it though.

Please try not to if you can. Fenugreek may cause your supply to dip despite working very well for the other party.

I took Kissun breastfeeding support, it contains fenugreek and it works for me.
