May I ask EBM kept in fridge & taken out to warm up before feeding baby can keep at room temp for how long ? Thanks in advance :)
1 hr is the max u can keep the BM at room temperature after u warm up. normally if my younger boy can't finish, I will give it to my elder to finish up instead of keeping. During my elder boy baby stage, I will ask daddy aka my hubby to finish up.
1hr max, if the bb did not drink it at all, can put back in fridge and give at the next feed. u can join breastfeeding group, they have many information available and many breastfeeding mums to give advise.
only 1 hr . after that i will throw . cos never know how many bacteria hadnstart grow inside . and also cannot re freeze them ys
