Hi momshie sana makatulong.. diabetic ako prior to my pregnancy and binigyan ako ng strict diet. Less rice (1cup per meal) maganda ang diet plan ko kasi di ako nagugutom. Iwas lang sa sweets (donuts, chocolates, sugar) then 1 fruit sa lunch and mirienda. But bawal ang mango lalo na ung ripe. As much as posible eat fruits and vegies rich in fiber. So far normal na sugar ko tiis ka lang.. for your baby's condition.
Magbasa paHad to undergo strict diet because of that. Went to see a dietician from Makati Med. Basta iwas sa kanin, mango, sweets.. better if may pangcheck ka ng sugar level mo sa bahay. Para mamonitor mo. Effective basta sundin lang din yung diet plan.
less rice sis kasi 1 cup of rice 300 calories if kaya ng half cup much better or mag cut ka ng rice sa umaga .skyflakes na lang hindi yung bakery bread
Mag less ka ng kain Kasi kahit anung kainin mg tao pqgnatunaw sa tyan magiging sugar padin 😄
Less rice, iwas sa matamis. Kain po kayo ng okra better kung yung steam lang.
Less rice po kayo tapos more on oats, proteins.
Mag bawas ka kanin.
