Naku sis 1 month ka palang hirap kna what if lumaki n tummy mo. Left side ka tapos pillow maginvest ka nung U shape pillow kng tlgang hirap ka. Usually kc mga malalaki lang tummy nhhrapan. Bka kulang ka sa exercise or stretching, as much as possible maging active po tau mas mdme po kc nrrmdaman ung panay nkahilata na mommies 👍
