You can eat whaetever you want as long as you stay well hydrated. Ako rin malakas sa noodles pero make sure ko na lagi akong umiinom ng tubig, fruit juice. Capable ang katawan natin na gumawa ng nutrients na kailangan ng babies thru breastmilk. May nabasa ako na whatever we eat does not affect the quality of the breastmilk. Mas may epekto sa katawan natin kesa sa breastmilk kumbaga.
Dapat during breastfeed momsh you should eat healthy foods, yan din kse ang nutrients na na kukuha ni baby from you. 😊
avoid po mga packed noodles, food in cans, chitchiria. dahil di po yun maganda sa health. better mag itlog na lang po.
Yung sabaw lng ng noodles sis wag mong kainin ung noodles talaga ksi nakaka UTI madami bitchin yan.
maggi is high po sa msg. so hinay hinay lang po. maybe bread is better or sabaw namay malunggay
Wag naman everymorning. Puro preservatives un, magoatmeal ka nalang sa morning
