LO turn 9 month old. I have yet to intro tv to her. No cocomelon or cartoon. Can I know when is the best time to intro?
Reason why didn’t I intro as I seen too many children around me that either they have speech delay or too engrossed with electronic. Which I doesn’t want to happen to my LO.
