Baby keep sleep sideway during night time

LO nowadays like to sleep side, if i shift back to sleep on her back she will frustrated ( even tho shes asleep) but the problem is sometimes she will flip herself and endup awake and cry lol. I think she also having sleep regression as shes been waking up multiple times during night. She using pacifer to sleep and spit out but nowadays she relying too much during sleep How to solve the issue? Help a tired mum out. ( im a light sleeper too)

Actually sideways is ok, as long as you remove everything around her that can suffocate her. Ideally she should be in a cot without toys/pillows/blankets, etc. If you’re willing to wean her off the pacifier and don’t let her have it during sleep time then she’ll gradually learn to self soothe without it Hang in there:) have some courage and sleep train baby (from 4 mths onwards), and the reward is so satisfying. Haha. My kids sleep in their own cots on their own, and through the night. No rocking/patting/singing etc anymore

ahhh okay thank you I'll try
