My LO has bad reflux to the extend that she vomits out the bm that she took. Therefore I'm currently feeding her fm with thickener to ensure that the milk stays in her stomach as much as possible. Bf session has therefore reduced greatly to the extend I'm only nursing her to sleep until her reflux issue improves. Meanwhile, is there anyway to reduce the bm supply for the time being as I feel very heart pain to pump and dump. I don't intend to store my bm for future use, so pumping out to store would be a viable option for me. Thanks!

Though I would suggest storing as well, but I'm guessing you have your own reasons for the preference. Here is an article on how else you can make use of the breast milk: http://sg.theasianparent.com/10-fantastic-uses-of-breast-milk/ And if like what Vanessa suggested, and you are open to the idea of donating it, you can take a look at this page: https://www.facebook.com/hm4hbSingapore/ I would not recommend trying to decrease your supply as it sounds like you would want to continue with breastfeeding. Some of my friends whose supply dropped had a hard time trying to regain it.
