1) milk first as from newborn to 1yo the main food source is milk. Baby absorb nutrients mainly from milk for the 1st year. Solid acts as a ‘supplement’ 2) morning first meal is milk and about 2hours will feed solid and after 2 hours will be milk. At 6months, baby does not need to eat a lot of solid since mainly is milk. 3) avocado. I guess most of the babies like avocado. Try giving fruit purée or carrot purée
