Mga mumsh. Phelp naman po. Super sakit na ng breast ko. Ntry ko na lahat. Unlilatch, warm compress, massage. Ngpacheck na din ako sa healthcenter pero Mefenamic Acid binigay sa akin. Ang alam ko bawal yun sa ngbbreastfeed. Any recommendation ng gamot na pepwede. Yung over the counter lang. Or any home remedy na ntry nio
