Limiting Gadgets/ Screentime for Kids

My baby has screentime, but not gadgets yet. And yes, I limit it. Sometimes, there are days where need ng screentime kasi I work from home and I have calls for work. I limit it by scheduling plpaytimes throughout the day where I am 100% present to play with her until I observe that she is already playing by herself. Then pag nag screscreentime siya, I TRY to watch with her so I can talk to her while watching to explain what we see on screen. My baby started talking before turning 1 year old kahit na madami sya screentime. :)
