Sourdough bread for pregnancy

Hi! Would like to know if sourdough is a safe food to consume in early pregnancy?? I absolutely love it but unsure if it's safe. Thanks in advance! :)

Actually my gynae told me to take these kind of bread than the usual kind of bread last time…
