Canned Tuna safe to eat?

Like to know if it’s safe to eat canned tuna with mayo? Heard tuna contains mercury that are higher than salmon unsure if it’s ok to consume once a week? Example: Subway Tuna etc #advicepls #tuna #subway

I didn’t eat subway during pregnancy cos of the raw veg, but ate canned tuna for breakfast with bread, baby is ok. Just don’t eat too much :)

Yup just try to avoid food that are not fully cooked.
