Would like to boil chrysanthemums for my kids weekly any idea what should I add to make it nice for kids to drink? When I make barley they don't like any tips?

A little sugar might make it more palatable for kids. Also, if your kids are old enough, served it ice cold. There is a Thai drink that I love which utilises chrysanthemums, some sugar and it's served with ice. Maybe you can give it a try? Add abit of rock sugar. You may add some Aloe Vera
You can put apple slices in the barley and bring to boil.
