Of late my 14-year-old son has been falling ill every month with viral or cold and cough. He never had immunity issues as a child and didn't fall ill frequently. Why is that suddenly as a teenager he is falling ill more often? I am worried.

at this age he will be going through a lot of hormonal changes as well as other physical changes. in addition, he will also be mixing more with other teens his age, and get more active, hence the exposure to outward things. make sure he has his meals on time and that he gets a good dose of healthy and filling foods. in case nothing is helping, do schedule a visit to the doc.
