doubt my last period

Last period q po sep14 so it means for now i am 2 months pregnant.. pero kahapon nagpa tvs ultrasound aq kac nga nagkaspotting at nagkacramps aq sa right side to right legs.. dn nasa result po im only 5 weeks and 2 days preggy.. so napaisip aq..kailan ba talaga last period q na nagsimula aq mabuntis?
