Preggy or not??❣?

Last month I have my mens during 1st wk of the month but until now I don't have my period I'm almost 1 week delayed. I don't know if I'm preggy . I'm so confused and stressed. My partner keep telling me to have a pt because he is so excited and a while ago I took my pt but its negative??.What would I do? Im just delayed or too early to have a pt? Please help me. Thank you.
