Delayed menstruation

Last Dec 21 suposedely my period but on Jan 21,2020 I have spot only but not continue only 1day till now feb13 don't have mens. But I decide to test PT but still negative. I don't know why to do. Pls help ??

    Pa check up po kayo para ma check at maresetahan kayo ng gamot pang regular ng mens. Paalaga po kayo sa ob. Nawalan din ako ng baby noong 2016.
