10 days delayed is enough time to use PT at home.. if you are delayed for 10 days now or more and your PT still shows negative, this means you are not pregnant. You better see your OB to see if there's a problem. PCOS can be one. 1 month delay in your menstruation and you are supposedly regular is not just a simple delay, it may be a warning sign of some health problems. Please see your doc immediately.

Better mami if you consult an obgyne. Or just wait a few weeks more to repeat your pt, if negative result again, that's the time for you to consult. We have to consider possible reason like PCOS, stress, hormonal imbalance, etc.

Negative yan mamsh kasi mkkta mo napo agad 12-15days sa pt po yun e ako po wala pa 12days nakita agad nung ngpt ako positive po sya

Maari po na may hormonal imbalance kayo kaya delayed ang mens nyo. Magpacheck up po agad sa obgyne para malaman ang dahilan.

Serum test or much better to see an OB or try a transV ultrasound, mas accurate yun to know if your'e pregnant or not.

Baka delayed ka due to stress, pa check up then baka i trans v ka titignan sa loob, parang ako before.
