39 weeks and intermittent cramping

Last we checked last week, i was 2cm dilated. Lost mucus plug and been cramping. Would it be okay to just check in at hospital and get them to do whatever is necessary?

Unless you're in an active labour, they'll keep you. Otherwise you'll be ask to go home. Best is to time the frequency then head down before you make a wasted trip.
