Tips for natural dilation at 39 Weeks

Hi mommy, im a ftm currently at 39W3D. My last check up last week, doctor informed that im not even 1cm dilated yet at 38W5D. Do you have any tips for natural dilation? I still have yet to encounter mucus plug/ leak of waterbag. The only signs I have right now is false contraction at 10-15mins once with discharge in light brown/pink spotting.
