Bleeding in 8 weeks pregnancy

Hi ladies.. First time mother here.. Im 33 years old and got pregnant after IUI procedure.. Currently 8 weeks pregnant and saw baby and baby's heartbeat in last scan.. However, 2 days ago and today I experienced vaginal bleeding. I rushed to doctor who said baby is safe. Today I am again at the doctor waiting to be examined.. Any of you experienced this before? Should I be worried?

hi,im 7 weeks pregnant today bukas po 8 weeks day1,naka sked n ako for trans v tom,and 2weeks din po ako nag take ng duphaston,thankfully hindi po ako nag bleed,naagapan po kc ng o.b ko pero delikado na po ung pagbbuntis ko nung 1st check up ko.dahil mahina po ang kapit ng baby ko,pero sana po bukas good news ang marinig ko🙏have a good day po.
