Bleeding at 8 weeks

Im a first time mom and been bleeding lightly for 7 days now. Today I went A&E and doct said still cant find baby (there is sac and baby yolk). And baby should be 6 weeks instead of 8zz My previous scan which showed blood clot above the sac has also cleared. Do I have hope mummies? Anyone experienced the same? Im very anxious

I have a experience for this issue ...today I go for scanning my baby already miscarriage.. my bleeding come around 2week so on the 24 I go for the 1st check up is 5week 3day can see the baby and the heartbeat but the doctor say the heartbeat is slow so need to come BK 1 week time is today so my bleeding still continue and more so the doctor say ur baby already miscarriage .. u urself need monitor urself... and ask ur doctor

I am not sure. what was your doctor's opinion . did he ask you to come for another scan?
