Anyone experienced of having gardnerella during pregnancy?

Hi. Im on my 8 weeks and 1 day of pregnancy and 2 days ago, I went to O&G centre in KK coz I had light reddish to brownish small amount of discharge. doctor did the vaginal swab and found that I have gardnerella. Anybody experienced this before?
