Bleeding in 8 weeks pregnancy

Hi ladies.. First time mother here.. Im 33 years old and got pregnant after IUI procedure.. Currently 8 weeks pregnant and saw baby and baby's heartbeat in last scan.. However, 2 days ago and today I experienced vaginal bleeding. I rushed to doctor who said baby is safe. Today I am again at the doctor waiting to be examined.. Any of you experienced this before? Should I be worried?

yes i expirienced it, last sept.24 dis year . I was rushed to the hospital to be examined and my doc. suggested me to under go to transvaginal sonogram. they find out that i have an internal bleeding. need for full bed rest. and after 2weeks i need to repeat my transvaginal sonogram to chect if my internal bleeding was still there or it was already gone. this coming oct.13 is my next visit to my doctor
