I would think it’s good to know the cause of the eczema. Perhaps go to a PD to do a skin prick test. Alobaby milk lotion is organic and is quite effective. You will also need to keep the area clean and dry and moisturise regularly
My girl has eczema which got infected at some point. We applied hydrocortisone twice and it went away. After that, we regularly apply moisturiser after baths and wiping to condition the skin.
