My kids at home use to have "kulitan" to the point that they already hit each other . One time I scolded them because of that and even spank there butts . Is it okay to discipline them like what i did or I'm doing it the wrong way ?

My kids do that a lot with their dad. I remind them always to be kind when they play. You can definitely set house rules like: no yelling, no hitting, etc They will respect those rules. If they don't, use time out. Time out is for them to reflect on their mistake and give them time to apologize.
