Gestational diabetis

I have Gestational diabetis, and I'm worried that this is a long time thing. A lot of Mom's told me not to worry but I don't know if this is because I'm hormonal that I always thought the worst, what if I die? What will happen to my baby and my husband? I was crying last night thinking about the possible reason that might happen to my husband and my baby to be whenever I leave them. Am I under depression ? Or something ? My blood sugar spikes up a lot even if I only eat a small portion of food that I even go hungry because of it. What should I do ? โ˜น๏ธโ˜น๏ธ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ #firstbaby #advicepls #pleasehelp

Gestational diabetes goes away after birth po most of the time. It's affected by your carbohydrates intake (not necessarily sugar) so kung makakausap nyo po si OB asap, ask for recommendations anong ok na kainin and anong dapat iwasan. Pregnancy is a very emotional time for many women, especially dahil sa hormones natin. So talk to you ob po about a diet plan to manage your condition, let them know about those things you worry about para maiexplain nila kung may dapat ka ba talagang ikabahala o wala. Good luck po.
