Til 3 months po ang folic acid, then start ng 16weeks/4months onwards need na po uminom ng ferrous sulphate, meron po 3 in 1 folic, plus ferrous plus vitamin b complex😊

Hemarate FA po ang ininom ko na ferrous. Once a day po Mamsh. Every night.
