Jus delivered and both breasts are so swollen. Only managed to pump out 20ml still feeling very swollen and alot of blocked duct. Nip alrd bleeding after much latching and pumping. What can i do?

And like Mummy Jorelle said, hot water bottle massage (or just a massage under hot water shower) helps to remove the duct. And when you're pumping, don't pump too hard. Check also that the flange is the right size for your breast. Wrong flange size could also affect the amount you pump and hurt your nipples.
