Did you inform your company of your pregnancy? Not trying to scare you but I used to have a jobscope that requires me to lift heavy boxes. My pregnancy was still new and I didn't know about it. I ended up in a miscarriage. Best to inform your company so they can make the adjustments to your jobscope. Climbing ladder and lifting heavy things are a no, no while pregnant.
I suggest to talk with employer and get some light works. do not take risk
