HPT came back negative but 12 days delayed

Ive been trying to concieve because my partner is oFW and we want another baby.. my youngest is 5 last nov. Now i am 12 days delayed but 3 HPT came back negative... i am losing hope idk what to do..

Try to go to the hospital they will draw blood from you to test if you are pregnant. Its more accurate than p.t.
