Insomia At 13 Weeks

I've been experiencing insomia for a few days now... It's already 5am and still I can't sleep. Any remedies for this condition? I'm almost at 2nd trimester and I think my hormones are greatly affecting my sleep so bad I just feel awake. I usually wake up at 9am to 10am, have my naps at around 3pm-5pm and try to sleep by 12am because of my husband's work (WFH). What can I do to fix this? I try to sleep early sometimes but with the lights on, it's just impossible so I would spend time on my phone and play till I feel sleepy. Before pregnancy and before ECQ, I sleep at around 10pm then just wake up at around 12am when hubby arrives from work then go back to sleep asap. I feel worse. I need help.

May nabasa ako na article ,dito rin ata yun.. dapat daw may routine kana pag gabi.. kunwari mag hotbath ka tapos inom milk mga ganun po.. ako kasi na experience ko cya ngayong 27weeks n ko.. ginagawa ko naliligo ako maligamgam n tubig tapos inom ng milk tapos dapat may malambot n unan sa may paa ko. Makakatulog ako 9pm gigising ng 9am din. :)
