Is two and a half months too young to send a baby to infant care? Should I wait for 4 months?

You can send your 2.5months old baby for short hours e.g. half day first before you start working. This is because you can have more time to let baby to adapt to the new cc and if baby is sick you are there to take care of him/her since you have not started working yet. After you complete your maternity leave you can switch back to full day cc.

Hi! Infant care centres accept babies from 2 months and up, but no one can say when a baby is "too young" to enter infant care. If you are not going back to work before your baby turns 4 months old, I would suggest that you look after your baby so you can get more time to bond. After all, babies grow the most in their first year.
