Not really. The vagina has both the elasticity to expand during delivery and the capacity to recoil to close to its original structure. With time and diligent pelvic floor exercises, you (and your partner) is unlikely to notice a difference (as long as there is no major birth trauma, such as a third-degree tear to the outer vagina). Doing Kegel exercises (three times a day, five mins each time) during pregnancy and after delivery (when you feel up to it) would help facilitate the recovery process. I don't think so. Vagina has a special muscle which can expand but still soft.. The grip, that you should concern about. After 40 days delivery, and your not bleeding anymore, do simple kegel move everyday. It maintain the muscle have a good grip. Ps: Don't forget ask your husband if it still feel 'the same' down there :P

Not at all, mine is even more tighter... The vagina doesn't change cause of normal delivery, u can still go for a CS and still yo vagina expand more than the NVD
