Is it true that the Philippines embassy is stricter with the helpers quota entering Singapore? My friend's agency kept telling her that and it's been 5 mths and her helper is still not here.

Not the Philippine Embassy but the Philippine’s overseas labour agency. As a Filipino, I feel that they are asking too many requirements for Overseas Filipino Workers...which is in a way, to ensure that the country is sending quality maids and to ensure their safety abroad.
