Is milo for pregancy safe or not👍👎

not so much because it contains caffeine. and caffeine could cause low HB (anemia). my hb was low for both of my pregnancy because of milo. when i lessen my milo drink intake, my hb got normal again.

Mak sy ckp masa mgandung kami 4 beradik hari2 minum milo ais..n sy minum hari2 masa ank 1st.. mmg ank putih gebu.. 6bulan keatas minum air kelapa jg.. ank lahir2 mmg kulit kepala dahi bersih..blh try😄

I used to drink Milo a lot in my first trimester since I cannot swallow plain water without vomiting. But please take in moderation (sugar content). Now I’ve stopped taking it and only drinking plain water & milk!

saya nak tanya pendapat.. di awal kehamilan 5 minggu boleh tak minum milo ais ke teh ais ke? Ada tak yang boleh berkongsi pendapat. tq 😊

Bagi saya.. Slma preggy x pnh minum milo sbb tinggi gula.. Elak dri minum yg tinggi gula..nanti bila p klinik.. Kena cek gula..tinggi pula..nanti sndiri yg susah..lbh baik minum susu utk ibu mengandung saja..

It has a risk of gestational diabetes if take in frequent or large amount, risk of lower body immunity which may lead to vaginal infection, fungal infection..

omg I've been drinking that. Bought anmum materna, but it makes me nausea so I stop drinking that and change to Milo or tea😭 idk what else should I drink for nausea
