Is it okay to bottle feed your baby after six months of breastfeeding?

If your baby has already mastered the technique and can latch on easily and well, it should be no problem to introduce bottles. My baby used to take any bottle until she reached 3 weeks old when she went on a bottle strike and decided she wanted to be fully breastfed. Yesterday, we tried again with the MAM bottle and some expressed breast milk and she amazed us by drinking from the bottle. I think it has something to do with the teat. It's flatter instead of round like most bottle teats. If you intend to continue breastfeeding, do latch your baby whenever you can and limit bottle feeding.
