late talking

Hi I'm just worried about my twin daughters, they are already 22 months old but they cannot utter words yet. They keep on talking like bababa mamama tatata but only that. Are all twins late in talking? What should I do so that they can talk quickly?

Trust your instincts. Have them checked with developmental pedia. My son was 4yo nung pinacheck ko. Early intervention is a HUGE HUGE HELP
