3yo Behaviour

I’m so stressed recently as my son keep saying I wanna hit u when he is angry or when I force him to do something. Told him many times that hitting is not right but he still did it even though I have kept his toys away when he hit me. I really don’t know what can I do to correct this behaviour. Does your child always speak opposite things ? For example, when I need to do something but he doesn’t allow me to do it. Then I said ok, we will do nothing then. After awhile he will say ok u can go and do it. It really piss me off.
