Panadol doesn’t relieve blocked nose but it’s safe to take. Antihistamines for blocked nose are also safe. You can see a doctor and let the doctor know you’re pregnant:)
For first trimester , good to consult gynae on medication you are taking.
Go to gp and they will prescribe you
