Is it normal to get nose congestion/blocked nose at night during 1st trimester?

same here. having trouble breathing at night. some days it comes with runny nose in the day and when I thought I got better, it happens again. guess it's the hormones

Honestly, yes. Congested nose as bizarre as it sounds, it’s one of the weird pregnancy symptoms that one could encounter. Hang in there mama!

i have sinus from time to time due to lack of sleep but not specifically what you mention here.
