Exhausted with work/life

Hi, Im in my 30th week now and i feel very tired with work and life overall. It sometimes affects my mood and makes me cry out of nowhere which is very unusual for me. My whole pregnancy has been a positive journey up till now. I have upper back and lower back pain, feet pains and often cramping on my calves during night time. I'm working retail, standing quite a bit for 5 days a week although its not a 12 hour shift. My maternity leave only starts on november but i really cannot take this much longer. Any advice on what I can do? Is hospital leave possible and if yes how do i go about it? Sorry I'm a first time mom and doing all this basically on my own.

what you can do is tell the doctor about this and maybe just add in that you're in pain sometimes to a point that you can't work. you can ask for hospitalisation leave and the doctor would definitely give you. I'm not sure if they'll give you a long hospitalisation leave but try asking for as much as possible. remember to add in that you're in pain. maybe it's cramps or just lower back pain.
