Is Strepsils Lozenges safe for pregnant?

I’m in my 18 weeks of pregnancy now. And I have sore throat. . Is strepsils lozenges safe for me? Thank you

from what i know it’s not. best to gargle with salt water nalang and do ask your ob ano ang safe
