Sorethroat remedy and breastfeeding

Safe po ba ang Strepsils lozenges at Bactidol for sorethroat while breastfeeding? What are the other options? I've tried salt gargle and honey-lemon drink.

Try to drink cold water if wala ka nman ubo.. Continue mo lng yan ginagawa mo.. If di pa rin mag work pa check up ka na po para di lumala 😊
