I'm in my 14weeks.. I vomit most of the time after food ..mostly phlegm.. And my only life saviour is Lime juice.. Pass few days, I notice blood while puking..and today it seems the blood is increasing.. Is it due to my throat get hurt or anything serious I have to look into.. Please assist.. Thanks in advance..
