Anyone with the same issue?

I'm having trouble keeping any sort of liquid down, be it plain cold water, or warm water, or sweet drinks or milk. Feeling very thirsty, but the moment I drink anything I start feeling so sick and my mouth feels yuckish. I can only get soup down at the moment, but so so thirsty!
