Do you feel very thirsty all day

I'm not sure if is it the weather or is it I'm pregnant? I constantly feel thirsty despite me drinking lots of water. But problem is I seldom pee. Wonder where my water goes to. Anyone feel the same? Or maybe I sweat all out so no pee... See cold desert or drink makes my eye big and got the urge to drink.. haha
