Feet feels swollen at 21 weeks

I'm going to be 22 weeks soon. Every morning for the past 3 days, my feet felt like its swollen on the sole. They don't look swollen but everytime I wake up and get up from bed to walk, it feels like its swelling. But its only after I wake up. Is this normal?

Yes its normal, I experienced the same too. I think its due to the sudden blood that circulates when you start walking after lying down the entire night. And also its the weight including ours we carry too. it should go away after walking few steps and remember to elevate your legs when your resting too.
